Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.
Print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.

When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping ($6.99 for the orders more than $59, $14.99 for the orders more than $119, $18.99 for the orders more than $149) on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from refund.
